Our Shipping Policy 

At CUTS, we are committed to delivering quality product as quickly as possible . Our Shipping and Delivery times average 1-2 weeks maximum.  

All Items are MADE TO ORDER and shipped through USPS. 
Shipping and tracking information will be sent to the email given upon purchase, within 24 hours of purchasing.
We are currently shipping within the United States only.

If there are any complications or concerns with your order, please email cutsprodinfo@madebycuts.com with your order #, for support. We will respond as quickly as possible.

Our Refund & Return Policy 

Unfortunately, there are no refunding or return processes at this time. 

All sales are Final! 

We thank you for your understanding, and trust in us to deliver what is advertised. We dedicate our best efforts in doing so. 

Missing Item Policy

In the unlikely event that your item was not delivered/lost by USPS; upon proof of this incident, we may be able to negotiate reimbursement. Please contact cutsprodinfo@madebycuts.com
